Retail Sales Associate

Employment Terms: 4–20 Hours per Week: Part-time, Year-round

Wage Position: $16-$18/hourly based on experience

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Reports to: Andrea Sleeper, Director of Sales & Partnerships

Applicants must have:

·      Great customer service skills

·      Be positive and a problem solver

·      Be organized and able to go with the flow in a growing business

·      Saturday availability

Job Responsibilities:

·      Assist our customers in a lively environment

·      Manage the point of sale during assigned hours

·      Help plan, coordinate, and set up in-store visual merchandising

·      Restock inventory in the store front when needed

·      Keep the store front clean and organized

4T2D SHOWROOM ASSOCIATE - PART TIME

4T2D [four•ti•tude] is a Vermont-based clothing brand rooted in creativity, community, and conscious design. Our retail store is located within Fourbital Factory, where fashion meets sustainability and local artistry. As we grow, we're looking for a team member to help share our story and provide a positive and engaging shopping experience. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about local fashion, sustainable apparel, and building relationships within the community.

Essential Job Functions:
